OUR VALUES
NON-JUDGEMENTAL
We don’t judge you whatever you call us about. You can call us without fear of judgment or chastisement. We will only listen, and provide empathy and support. Every young person has the right to have a safe space in which their voice is heard.
NON-DIRECTIONAL
We do not tell you what to do, preach or impose any religious beliefs upon you.
EMPOWERMENT
We do not tell you what to do rather we explore options with you and empower you to make your own decision. We believe that people have the right to find their own solution and should be supported to do so. Being able to explore your feelings alleviates distress and helps you to reach a better understanding of your situation and the options open to you.
